Bryan Hughes Business Connections (BHBC) is a uniquely designed set of Business Connection and Mastermind groups which brings together authentic, driven, and involved businesspeople throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
BHBC offers a welcoming environmentin each of the groups, where members celebrate each other’s wins, work through challenges, and encourage one another to venture outside of the comfort zone and into new opportunities.
The groups currently meet in Philadelphia, Warminster, and Huntingdon Valley, with more locations to come. During Covid-19, we are connecting through Zoom meetings.
Each member and business goes through a 90-day vetting process to ensure we are a good match. Businesses and members must be transparent, ethical, and provide the highest quality service in order to obtain and maintain the BHBC Approved Business Seal. It is because of this thorough vetting process that BHBC is able to proudly stand behind and recommend our Approved Businesses.
Authentic, honest, driven individuals who are not only looking to make new connections but who have a desire to take a step back and look at their businesses and careers in a different light. To open themselves up to receive feedback and advice, and commit to doing the same for others within the group.

With 15+ years of participation and involvement in networking groups and business associations, Bryan Hughes knows a lot about various approaches to networking.
For Bryan, it’s organic networking that works to build relationships and grow business. It’s authentic meeting and greeting. It’s involvement that is evenly balanced. He approaches networking taking pride in the reputation of his name and his personal brand. That’s why he has created Bryan Hughes Business Connections, LLC (BHBC).
Starting Bryan Hughes Business Connections was a natural progression from a natural networker. Bryan makes it a goal to make new connections and then make introductions. He believes everyone has increased visibility when networking is done right.
Having worked on many committees for quota-oriented groups and geographically based associations, Bryan looks to do things differently with BHBC.
He takes time to learn if a prospective new member is a good fit prior to an application even being filled out.
Bryan has gained a great deal by volunteering as a committee chairman and ambassador for various networking communities and wants his members to have that too. Good networking means your network has your back.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, the proof is in his accent, this converted Philadelphian continues to develop deep community roots that are over fifteen years old.
He came to the Philadelphia area when Blockbuster moved him to Delaware County as a District training manager, later spending two years with Citizens Bank in Broomall, PA, and seven years with Huntingdon Valley Bank where he was a Banking Officer then promoted to Business Development Manager and then Assistant Vice President of Business Development.
Bryan has his BHBC groups focus on public speaking, advertising refinement, creating a funnel for customer development. He regularly brings in speakers to lead discussions and present professional development tactics.
Recently, Bryan has transitioned some of the groups to a Mastermind format, focusing on individual member challenges, wins, and development.
Bryan continues to work with networking organizations of which he’s been a longtime active member and was grateful to find so many of those organizations continued to engage him in committees and events while he was transitioning his career.
In the spirit of giving back, Bryan created three free categories in his groups: a non-profit, a career transition, and a new graduate.
Bryan Hughes is the recipient of the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award 2019 by the Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce Champions of Commerce.
